The African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) Internship Program 2027

Interns receive a monthly stipend and housing support, and are mentored while rotating through Bank departments. internships are located primarily at the Bank's headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. The program is offered twice a year and lasts up to six months per rotation, with applicants selected on merit.

Monthly stipend, housing allowance, accommodation during induction, return travel costs, visa support if required, and on-site training with mentorship.

Open to students enrolled in full-time undergraduate or postgraduate study in the year of the internship; nationals of Afreximbank member states, Africans in the diaspora, and non-African students whose vision aligns with the Bank's mission; must be aged between 20 and 32 during the year of application.

Complete the online internship application form and submit the required documents (letter of application, CV, passport copy, academic certificates, recommendation, and a short statement of intent).
