IOM Youth Capacity Enhancement Programme on Climate Mobility for Young Africans

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites youth-led civil society organizations to apply for a capacity enhancement programme on climate mobility in Africa for 2025–2026. The programme offers capacity strengthening in MECC topics, project development, M&E, reporting, resource mobilization, communications and advocacy, plus networking, mentorship, visibility, and policy engagement opportunities for youth-led initiatives addressing climate mobility.

Capacity strengthening in climate mobility and MECC, networking and mentorship, and increased visibility and policy engagement for youth-led climate mobility solutions.

Applicants must be 18-35 years old, nationality from an African country, represent a youth-led civil society organization registered in an African country, have 2-5 years of relevant project experience, propose a climate mobility solution concept, hold a valid passport until at least May 2026, be proficient in English, French, Arabic, or Portuguese, and commit to all programme activities.
