IOM Youth Capacity Enhancement Programme on Climate Mobility 2025–2026

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites youth-led civil society organisations in Africa to apply for a capacity-building programme on climate mobility. The programme aims to equip participants with technical expertise, resources, and mentorship to implement innovative, community-driven climate mobility solutions, with online and in-person components. Selected participants receive logistical support for the physical training workshop and a certificate upon completion.

Logistical support and travel reimbursement for the in-person workshop; certificate of completion; networking and mentorship opportunities; visibility in regional and global discussions.

Applicants must be aged 18-35, nationals of an African country, and represent a youth-led civil society organisation legally registered in an African country; the organization should have 2-5 years of relevant experience and at least two prior projects in environmental or social work, with a viable climate mobility project idea.
