The ISDB Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a 24-month talent development program for young graduates, featuring job rotation at ISDB headquarters and regional hubs, with guaranteed employment upon successful completion. It targets graduates from member countries and offers a global network experience in international development. The program aims to build capabilities across core sectors and ensure a pathway into ISDB roles after the fellowship.
