United Nations Regional Course in International Law for Africa (2026)

The United Nations Regional Course in International Law for Africa is a in-person training program organized by the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs in cooperation with regional partners. It provides high-quality training in core subjects of international law, conducted as interactive seminars, with certificates awarded upon completion. The course will be held in Addis Ababa, 9 April to 1 May 2026, in French, and accommodates up to 30 participants, including a limited number of self-funded spaces.

Travel, accommodation, meals, medical insurance, training materials, and a modest stipend for fellowship recipients.

Qualified professionals, in particular government officials and teachers of international law from developing countries and countries with emerging economies.
