State Bank Officer Training Scheme 2024 (SBOTS – 27th Batch)

State Bank Officer Training Scheme is a paid, time-bound training program for graduates to join the State Bank of Pakistan as Assistant Directors after completion. The program provides a stipend during the trainee period and a monetized salary upon appointment, with multiple domains and a Karachi-based placement.

Monthly stipend during training; monetized salary and allowances after appointment; potential career progression as Assistant Director (OG-2).

Open to nationals of Pakistan holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with age not exceeding 26 years (age relaxation may apply).
