Nanyang President Graduate Scholarship (NPGS) in Singapore 2026: Fully Funded

The Nanyang President Graduate Scholarship (NPGS) is a fully funded PhD scholarship at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, open to international and local graduates. It covers tuition, an extensive stipend, and allowances for books, travel, and living costs for up to four years, subject to academic progress. The scholarship specifically targets PhD studies at NTU and not Master’s programs.
