The Nanyang President Graduate Scholarship (NPGS) is a fully funded PhD scholarship at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, open to international and local graduates. It covers tuition, an extensive stipend, and allowances for books, travel, and living costs for up to four years, subject to academic progress. The scholarship specifically targets PhD studies at NTU and not Master’s programs.

Full tuition coverage; monthly stipend (up to S$6,700 for STEM disciplines or up to S$4,400–S$5,000 for non-STEM for international students); conference allowance; book allowance; IT allowance; thesis allowance; accommodation support.

Open to both Singaporean and international students who have or are on track to achieve an honours-level degree; candidates must pursue a full-time PhD at NTU.
