AFRIKA KOMMT! Fellowship Programme 2025-2027

AFRIKA KOMMT! is a flagship fellowship programme connecting young African professionals with leading German companies for a one-year stay in Germany. Fellows work at partner companies, receive training and mentoring, and participate in language and cultural integration activities. The programme aims to develop leadership skills, expand networks, and foster cross-cultural collaboration, with alumni continuing to contribute in their home countries.

Professional and tailor-made training, three management training modules, eight months in a partner company, networking events, language courses, cultural integration experiences, and an alumni network.

Citizens of any African country who hold a university degree and have 2 to 5 years of work experience; excellent English skills and basic knowledge of German are preferred.
