AFRIKA KOMMT! Initiative Fellowship Program 2026

AFRIKA KOMMT! is a fellowship program that brings together young professionals from Africa and leading German companies. The programme entails a one-year stay in Germany, with eight months of practical work at a partner company, language and management training, and networking opportunities to support economic and social development in participants’ home countries.
