The Human Rights Advocates Program (HRAP) 2026–27 is hosted by the International Service for Human Rights (ISHR) and associated with Columbia University in New York. It provides human rights advocates with an educational and professional development framework, including seminars, university courses, skills workshops, mentoring, and networking with policymakers and funders. The program targets NGO advocates working on a range of human rights issues and aims to strengthen advocacy capacity and future initiatives.

Требования к участникам
Grassroots NGO advocates working on listed human rights themes; fluency in English; ability to engage at a graduate level; full-time students, academics, or government officials are not eligible; preference for those with limited international opportunities; institutional endorsement from the applicant’s organization; commitment to return to their organizations after the program.

Create an account on the ISHR website and log in; start the HRAP application; complete sections in English; save drafts and edit until the deadline; submit by December 1, 2025.
