British American Tobacco (BAT) Global Graduate Programme 2025

Applications are open for the British American Tobacco (BAT) Global Graduate Programme. The 18-month rotational programme aims to develop future leaders through world-class learning, international exposure and on-the-job experience across BAT operations. The program includes a two-week Graduate Academy, with at least one week in London, and placements in various functional areas.

Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, completion of NYSC, and no more than three years of post-graduate experience; mobility and English fluency required.
