The Puma Energy Africa Graduate Program is a one-year rotational experience designed to fast-track learning and professional development across key business areas, including Operations, Supply, Retail, and Terminals. It targets high-achieving recent graduates and offers a pathway to future career advancement within Puma Energy. The program is located in multiple African countries and requires a STEM degree and right to work in the applying country.

Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and must be a citizen or resident with the legal right to work in the country they are applying for.
