Amali Tech Graduate Trainee Programme 2025 for young Rwandans

The AmaliTech Graduate Trainee Programme is a six-month, full-time IT skills development programme designed to equip participants with practical experience in the growing IT industry. It combines online and in-person sessions and includes a screening process, a computer-based assessment, interviews, and eventual hire upon successful completion.

Monthly stipend and internet data; potential job offers upon successful completion.

Graduate or final year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or STEM related fields.

Screening and shortlisting based on eligibility criteria, online computer-based test, then face-to-face (or online) interview, followed by offer and hire.
