Mountaintop Emerging Leaders Fellowship 2026

The Mountaintop Emerging Leaders Fellowship 2026 is a one-year, fully funded leadership development program for high-potential local leaders working to drive systems change in under-resourced communities. The fellowship includes a fully funded two-week Leadership Institute in Nairobi, Kenya, plus ongoing mentorship, project support, and access to a global community of fellows and alumni.

Comprehensive leadership development year, access to expert advisors and coaching, project guidance and reflection, micro-grants (e.g., Catalyst Funds up to $1,000), increased visibility via Mountaintop platforms, and access to the Mountaintop global community of Fellows, alumni, and partners.

Founders, co-founders, executive directors, or senior leaders with primary decision-making responsibility for a nonprofit or community-based organization; organization operating for at least three years; work focused on severely under-resourced communities; a clearly defined project or initiative; commitment to lead the organization long-term; able to commit full-time during the fellowship year and attend the two-week Leadership Institute in Nairobi.
