The Mastercard Foundation BRIDGE-in Agriculture training program is a 5-year initiative that provides free targeted training and technical support to youth and SMEs in agriculture and related sectors in Ghana. It aims to build practical skills for dignified employment and entrepreneurial growth, with a loan component offered through partner banks and potential grants to selected trainees.
