Coca Cola HBC International Leadership Trainee Program 2025 for young graduates

The International Leadership Trainee Program is designed for high-caliber talents at the start of their professional journey. It aims to fast-track international careers and develop future leaders, with opportunities to work across functions and relocate. The program begins in April 2026 and offers coaching, development opportunities, learning programs, and exposure to iconic brands.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of work experience in any business-related area, possess a university degree or be in their final year, be able to commit full-time, be fluent in English, have a conversational level of the local language for the country of application, and be legally eligible to work in the country they apply to.
