A consultancy to evaluate gender-responsive budgeting in Kaduna State’s education budget, review GRESP implementation, and provide recommendations to improve resource allocation for girls and marginalized groups. Deliverables include reports and policy briefs.

Điều kiện tham gia

Advanced degree in Public Policy, Education, Gender Studies, Economics, or related fields; 5-8 years of experience in public financial management, gender-responsive budgeting, or education sector planning; proven budget analysis experience; knowledge of Kaduna State and Nigerian education system is an advantage.
