Sciences Po Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program 2025/2027 for Graduate study in France

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po provides full funding for graduate studies in France for eligible Sub-Saharan African students. It includes tuition funding, housing in Paris, tailored pre-departure and arrival support, an official welcome program, a mentoring program, and access to Sciences Po resources to support studies and transition into employment. The program targets two-year Master’s programs at Sciences Po and offers additional personal and academic support throughout the studies.

Citizenship in a Sub-Saharan African country; currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree at a Sciences Po reference institution or in a bridging programme affiliated with Mastercard Foundation; must demonstrate genuine financial need; commitment to contributing to Africa’s development; under 35 at the start of the Master’s program; not currently holding a Master’s degree; applying for a two-year Master’s program at Sciences Po.
