Encore Fellowships in the United States

Encore Fellowships offer experienced professionals an opportunity to transition decades of work experience into nonprofit leadership, while earning a stipend. Fellows work on strategic capacity-building projects for nonprofit organizations over 6–12 months, typically contributing around 1,000 hours. The program provides professional support and opportunities to develop leadership experience and networks within the social impact sector.

Applicants must have 20 or more years of paid professional work experience, be legally eligible to work in the United States, and be able to commit to approximately 1,000 hours over 6–12 months with flexible remote, onsite, or hybrid arrangements.
