Hiring that makesense Accelerator 2026

The Hiring that makesense Accelerator is a regional online programme designed for climate-focused organisations in Southeast Asia. It provides structured recruitment support, coaching, and access to funding to help organisations develop professional hiring systems and attract suitable talent over a three-month period, with aims to have a new team member by August 2026. Selected organisations receive a participation grant and may obtain additional funding if performance criteria are met.

Participation grant of $1,000, potential additional funding between $5,000 and $10,000, access to a full recruitment support system, expert coaching, and practical tools for hiring and onboarding.

Organisations should be climate-focused nonprofits, social enterprises, or mission-driven organisations operating in Southeast Asia, with at least two years of operations and a minimum of three paid staff members, actively hiring or planning to recruit for a funded role, and English proficiency in the team member responsible for hiring.
