Youth Leadership Academy Cambodia 2026

The Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) Cambodia 2026 is a year-long leadership programme designed to empower young women with the skills, confidence, and networks needed to challenge gender inequality and create meaningful change in their communities. It combines four in-person workshops with mentorship and action-based learning, supported by UN Women Cambodia. The programme focuses on feminist leadership, personal growth, and real-world application for participants.

Participants gain leadership and critical thinking skills, confidence, enhanced communication, mentorship, and expanded networks; they engage in action learning to apply feminist leadership principles in their communities.

Open to young women aged 17 to 25 years old who are based in Cambodia and have limited access to leadership programmes or networks.
