Graduate students enrolled in a Master’s, PhD, or JD program at an accredited university in the United States or its territories at the time of application; must demonstrate interest in public service and marine/coastal policy; must be a U.S. citizen, national, or dual citizen.
Cách nộp hồ sơ
Submit through the state Sea Grant program and apply before the deadline; nominations are reviewed at the national level.
