Visiting Researchers Program 2026/2027 at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies (MPIfG)

The Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies (MPIfG) invites visiting researchers for the winter semester 2026/2027. The program aims to foster collaboration and intellectual exchange in the fields of economic sociology and political economy, allowing researchers to engage with leading experts and participate in ongoing research projects. Selected participants can stay at MPIfG for 2 to 12 months during the winter semester 2026/2027.

Access to a collaborative, interdisciplinary research environment and opportunities to engage with leading scholars in sociology and political science.

Applications are welcome from professors, postdoctoral researchers and doctoral researchers.
