Development Associate (Remote, Global)

The Youth Climate Justice Fund is hiring a Development Associate to support fundraising, donor advising, and grant management for a remote, full-time role. The position is aimed at early-career professionals with an interest in climate justice, youth leadership, and equitable philanthropy. The role involves grant proposals, donor reporting, research on prospective funders, and coordinating donor communications within a global team.
