Harvard LEAD Fellowship for Promoting Women in Global Health 2026-2027

The Harvard LEAD Fellowship is a one-year leadership-focused fellowship designed to promote women leaders in global health. It provides a tailored program with executive leadership training, mentorship, speaking opportunities, an executive education course, and private leadership masterclasses, all hosted in residence in Cambridge, MA. Fellows receive access to Harvard faculty, courses, and related professional development opportunities during the program.

Financially covered in-residence month, stipend for housing and travel, coverage of course fees, access to Harvard faculty and executive education, private leadership masterclasses, mentorship and networking opportunities.

Applicants must have a master’s degree, work full-time in global health with at least 10 years of professional experience, have full support of their employer, be able to obtain a J-1 visa to travel to the United States, and be able to reside in Boston/Cambridge for six weeks in April 2027.
