Bourse Mastercard pour l’Innovation et la Technologie

The Mastercard Innovation & Technology Scholarship is a fully funded master's scholarship for African professionals to pursue full-time master's studies in innovation and technology, with on-campus experience at Kepler College in Rwanda and online study components through ASU. The program supports leadership development, mentoring, and community impact, with full funding for tuition, living expenses, and related costs for the duration of the program. It aims to develop 160 African leaders over five years (2025–2030).

Full tuition coverage, living stipend, housing assistance, meal allowance, travel to Kigali, visa and English test fees, medical coverage, and access to a 2-month summer program at Arizona State University, plus mentoring and leadership development activities.

Open to citizens of African countries who demonstrate leadership and community service, with strong academic records and English proficiency, and who have earned a bachelor’s degree before July 2025.
