Micheline-Grondin Scholarship (RN) in Nursing

The Micheline-Grondin Scholarship (RN) in Nursing is a merit- and need-based university scholarship that supports nursing students transitioning from college-level training to a full bachelor’s degree. It is open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and international students who are progressing from a college diploma (DEC) into the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (DEC-BAC program) at Université Laval. The scholarship is intended to reduce financial barriers and strengthen the future nursing workforce.

A single award of CAD 15,000, paid in six installments during the six academic sessions while maintaining full-time status.

Applicants are generally eligible if they are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or international students and are enrolled in, or completing, a college diploma in nursing. At the time of application, candidates must have submitted a new application for admission to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing through the DEC-BAC program at Université Laval for the Fall 2026 session. Only students enrolled in the DEC-BAC pathway are considered.
