BAM Germany PhD Scholarship in Chemistry, Physics, and Materials Science for 2026 Class Open

The BAM Germany PhD Scholarship is a fully funded research position for international scholars to pursue a PhD in Chemistry, Physics, or Materials Science, with joint supervision from BAM, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and Caltech. The program includes a funded research position for 36 months, a required research stay at Caltech, and participation in international conferences, workshops, and summer schools. It targets applicants who have completed a Master’s or equivalent degree and meet the entry requirements of the hosting German institution.
