Becas Radia Fundación ONCE

Becas Radia Fundación ONCE is a training scholarship programme run by Fundación ONCE in collaboration with Fundación CEOE and the Conference of University Social Councils (CCS). It targets women with recognized disabilities (≥33%) who hold higher vocational, undergraduate, master's or doctoral qualifications and are interested in technology-related sectors. The programme combines online theoretical training (digital transformation and specialization phases) with a voluntary practical "Real Work" phase in partner companies that requires travel to Madrid.

Free participation in the three-phase training programme (Transformación Digital, Especialización, Real Work). Travel allowance of €100 per trip for participants based outside the Community of Madrid. Opportunity for practical placements with collaborating companies in the Real Work phase.

Women with an officially recognized disability of at least 33% who hold at minimum a higher vocational (Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior) or university degree, master's or doctorate. Candidates must be available to travel to Madrid for required in-person sessions and to participate online in masterclasses scheduled from October to December 2026.
