CIVICUS Digital Democracy Initiative (DDI) Team – Advocacy Specialist

The CIVICUS Digital Democracy Initiative (DDI) Team is seeking an Advocacy Specialist to strengthen the capacity of Regional Support Mechanism host partners across six regions to protect and expand digital civic space. The role involves designing and implementing advocacy strategies, plans, and products, and coordinating with national governments, UN and multilateral institutions, and donor agencies.

Travel, if required, will be covered by CIVICUS.

Post-graduate degree in Political Science, International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Information Technology, or related field; professional experience in digital democracy, digital rights, civil society engagement, and policy advocacy; proven multi-regional advocacy project experience; English fluency; additional languages desirable.
