The AAUW American Postdoctoral Research Leave Fellowship provides funding for women in academia to pursue independent research for a full year, increasing representation of women in tenure-track positions. It is open to applicants in all fields, with emphasis on science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or gender-issues research.

Quyền lợi

A stipend of $50,000; financial support for a full year of independent research.

Điều kiện tham gia

Applicants must identify as a woman, hold a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree by the time of application, and be able to begin their postdoctoral program by September 1, 2026 and complete it after May 30, 2027, while working full-time on their postdoctoral research.
