The Marcellus Policy Fellowship is a program designed to develop the next generation of U.S. foreign policy leaders. Fellows work on policy writing and develop a detailed policy paper, a policy memorandum, and an op-ed, under expert guidance, over several months. A stipend is provided to selected fellows to support their participation.

Open to current students (graduate and undergraduate) as well as those with 0-2 years of employment in the foreign policy space. U.S. citizenship is not required.
