The Senegal Ministry of National Education launched a selective recruitment campaign for 2000 teachers to address staffing deficits for the 2024/2025 academic year. The programme targets Senegalese youths passionate about education and willing to contribute to improving the country’s school system.

Applicants must be aged 18 to 35 years as of December 31, 2025 and hold a baccalaureate for elementary/preschool levels or a bachelor’s degree for middle and secondary levels; candidates must be willing to teach in any region of Senegal.

Submit online dossier between 23 January and 1 February 2025 via https://mirador.education.gouv.sn; preselected candidates will be invited to submit physical dossiers between 4 and 7 February 2025.
