Directeur des opérations ferroviaires

The Directeur des opérations ferroviaires is a managerial position within Grande Côte Operations (GCO), a subsidiary of Eramet in Senegal, responsible for overseeing all railway operations, safety, regulatory compliance and performance initiatives in the rail segment between Mékhé and the port of Dakar. The role requires leadership of the railway operations team, engagement with authorities and operators, and delivery of continuous improvement in operational excellence.

Requires a Master/MBA with at least 10 years of relevant experience in railway operations; English and French language proficiency.
