Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer position is a role within International IDEA to develop, implement and supervise the results management framework for the DEMGAB programme in Gabon. The role involves coordinating M&E frameworks, reporting to donors, and ensuring gender and diversity considerations across monitoring activities. The contract is a fixed-term appointment based in Libreville, Gabon, with responsibilities including project design, data collection, and reporting on project results.

Salary: XAF 2 243 250 gross per month.

University degree in development studies, business administration, public policy, international development, or a related social science field, with a minimum of five years’ experience in project monitoring and evaluation.
