The Natron–Hayat company in Maglaj offers a scholarship program for regular university students for the 2025/2026 academic year. The program provides a monthly stipend and includes a possible internship and potential future employment with the grantor. Four scholarships are awarded to students enrolled in specified faculties at accredited universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the 2025/2026 cycle.
