Global Health Corps Africa Leadership Accelerator 2025-2026

The Africa Leadership Accelerator is a 9-month, hybrid program designed to strengthen the leadership and management skills of early to mid-career health professionals working across Sub-Saharan Africa. The fellowship is fully funded, covering virtual programming, travel to retreat locations, lodging costs, and meals for in-person retreats. Fellows participate in workshops, individual projects, retreats, coaching, peer learning, and an alumni network after completion.

Participation in leadership training, workshops, projects, executive coaching, retreats, alumni mentorship, and ongoing network opportunities through GHC’s global alumni community.

Be aged 21-35 by September 1, 2024; be a citizen of Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, or Zambia; be currently employed full-time in a non-clinical public health role for at least six months; be employed by a public health organization in one of the eligible countries with written support for participation; no specific education requirements.

Nomination by an organization or individual, then submission of CV, references, demographic information, responses to prompts, and a letter of recommendation.
