ECOWAS Young Graduates Immersion Programme 2027

The ECOWAS Young Graduates Immersion Programme offers a one-year, fully paid professional immersion within ECOWAS institutions and agencies for young graduates from ECOWAS member states. Participants gain practical workplace experience, develop leadership and professional skills, and contribute to regional integration and development in West Africa.

One-year paid placement, professional development opportunities, mentorship, networking, exposure to regional institutions and projects.

Open to young graduates from ECOWAS member states seeking their first significant professional exposure within regional institutions.
