Bourse Chateaubriand

The Bourse Chateaubriand is a mobility scholarship awarded by the French Embassy in the United States to support doctoral students enrolled at American universities to undertake a research stay of several months in a French university or laboratory. The scholarship includes a monthly allowance intended to support living expenses during the stay in France.

Monthly allowance of €1,400–€1,500 and a funded research stay in a French university or laboratory.

Applicants must be enrolled in a doctoral programme at an American university and seek a research stay of several months in a French university or laboratory.
