CentralStar Summer 2026 Internships

CentralStar Summer 2026 Internships are paid, hands-on positions for college students across roles such as A.I. Specialist Intern (cattle artificial insemination), milk-analysis technician, and research and development intern. Interns work at CentralStar facilities and laboratories in Wisconsin and Michigan, gaining practical experience in herd health, laboratory analysis, and molecular/immunological research techniques. Positions involve direct work with producers, diagnostic testing, and support of R&D projects under CentralStar staff supervision. The internships aim to strengthen résumés and professional connections in the dairy and beef agriculture sector.
