1000+ Leadership Cultivation Plan

The 1000+ Leadership Cultivation Plan is a mentorship and leadership development programme run at Peking University for undergraduate student cadres and mentors. It pairs experienced student mentors and faculty/college-appointed tutors with new freshmen to support their adaptation to campus life, foster class cohesion, and promote personal growth through guidance and practical activities. The programme integrates pedagogical, academic-practice, sports and arts resources to provide multi-level growth platforms for students. It aims to build a high-quality team of student leaders who can guide peers in thinking, development and campus engagement.

Mentorship and guidance for freshmen, support adapting to campus life, opportunities to expand social networks, strengthened class cohesion and multi-level growth platforms combining education, academic practice, sports and arts.

Intended for Peking University undergraduate new-student cadres (freshmen) and programme mentors/tutor representatives.
