Walking Softer Young Leaders Award Program 2025

The Walking Softer Young Leaders Award Program is an accelerator for emerging young leaders working on sustainability and planetary regeneration. It offers funding, leadership development, and cohort-based learning, culminating in an organizational growth plan. The program includes in-person retreats and supports early-stage projects or organizations.

Up to $50,000 USD, executive coaching, cohort-based curriculum, nature-based leadership retreats, and a multi-year organizational growth and impact plan.

Young leaders in their 20s and 30s who can commit to developing an early-stage project, organization, or business (full-time or part-time) and are based in the United States or Canada.

Nominate a candidate or organization via the nomination form; the first 100 submissions meeting requirements are considered.
