Atlantic Fellows for Racial Equity Program 2025

The Atlantic Fellows for Racial Equity Program 2025 is a 12-month fellowship experience for changemakers working on racial equity. It includes in-person convenings with travel, accommodation, and policy development support, and offers funds to support leadership development and related costs. The program focuses on leadership, strategy, and collective approaches to addressing anti-Black racism and racial inequity.

Financial support for travel and attendance, development funds up to $10,000, family care funding, leadership coaching, and opportunities for long-term collaboration and impact.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in racial equity or a related field and be able to participate in all programming sessions, including a 2-week residency in South Africa and a weeklong in-person convening.
