It targets entities developing innovative financial or payments-related solutions and provides a supervised testing environment, regulatory engagement, and avenues to demonstrate innovation at scale.

Open to CBN-licensed institutions, institutions licensed by other regulators in Nigeria where relevant, institutions licensed by regulators outside Nigeria where applicable, VASPs, and startups/tech companies without licenses with innovative solutions ready for live testing.
