The Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Global Unit for Democracy and Human Rights Traineeship Programme 2026 is a full-time traineeship designed to support the unit’s work in democracy and human rights while providing the trainee with practical experience across project delivery, operations, and communications. The programme involves administrative and project support, research and analysis, event coordination, and content development within the Global Unit for Democracy and Human Rights in Brussels, Belgium.

Paid traineeship under the CIP framework; the position is paid and supported under the Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle (CIP).

Master’s degree in a relevant field and early-career experience; eligibility to work in Belgium; strong organizational and communication skills; English proficiency; willingness to work full-time in Brussels under CIP arrangements.
