INTRA-AFRICA PERI-ACE Scholarship 2026/27 for African Students Pursuing Master’s & PhDs in African Institutions

The INTRA-AFRICA PERI-ACE Academic Mobility Scheme provides scholarships for African students pursuing Master’s and Doctoral studies at participating African universities. The programme covers travel, visa fees, living costs, accommodation, insurance, and research-related expenses for selected scholars across Africa. It is led by Stellenbosch University and aims to strengthen collaboration and mobility in education, research, and professional development on the continent.

Applicants must be African citizens, legally resident in Africa at the time of application, and registered at or alumni of one of the PERI-ACE partner universities, or hold a degree from a core African institution within the PERI-ACE consortium.

Apply through the official PERI-ACE scholarship portal, indicate Master’s or Doctoral mobility, apply concurrently for admission at a host institution, complete the online scholarship form, and submit by the deadline
