The “la Caixa” Foundation has opened applications for the Postdoctoral Junior Leader Fellowships – Incoming 2027, an international funded fellowship programme designed for postdoctoral researchers who wish to develop independent research projects in Spain or Portugal.

Employment-cost funding, salary, research costs, relocation allowance, dependent support, training in leadership and career development, travel and accommodation support for training activities, and potential international secondment.

Applicants must hold a PhD, may be of any nationality, must have defended their PhD within the eligibility period, and must propose a research project in a STEM field at an eligible host center in Spain or Portugal with international mobility requirements.
