Coordinateur Safeguarding (h/f) – RDC

The Coordinateur Safeguarding is a position within Acted RDC responsible for promoting a culture of prevention against abuse, exploitation and harassment, and child safeguarding for Acted staff, partners and stakeholders. The role includes supporting investigations and ensuring organizational accountability for safeguarding issues, with responsibilities spanning policy dissemination, incident reporting, risk mitigation, and programmatic support.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in social sciences, human rights or related fields (a Bachelor’s degree with additional relevant experience may be accepted), formal training or certification in investigation methods, 4-5 years of experience in human rights or child protection, and fluency in English and French.
