874. WE-Heraeus-Seminar: Designing and Controlling Order in Magnetic Systems

The 874th WE-Heraeus-Seminar brings together international experts and early-career researchers to present and discuss recent advances in understanding, designing and controlling magnetic order across length and time scales. It is organized around themes including atomic-scale magnetic order, control of collective spin excitations, and induction of non-equilibrium and metastable states on ultrafast timescales. Contributions are via invited and contributed talks and poster sessions, with English as the conference language. The Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Foundation covers the cost of full-board accommodation for all participants.
